Saya tangah cari solution utk app sy skrg ni. total daily row added can up to 5000, image uploaded almost 10k daily. jadi nak maintain guna Google Drive agak susah sebab slow
Hello! based on your case it's best to go Enterprise, by using cloud database. Any cloudSQL , be it Google, Microsoft, MySQL or AWS and the likes of it. Bila data dah makin besar elok guna proper database sebab Excel/Spreadsheet tak sesuai. Slow processing for sure
Hi Aris, very well done video. I would like to ask you what is the advantage of using MySQL database compared to googlesheet or Appsheet database? My use case is a complex app that needs 6 databases, several columns (some around 50 columns) and a total of 300,000 rows accumulated over time
Hello! Congratulations on embarking a large project for Appsheet! Well, your case would definitely depends on few factors. How beefy is the hardware (server) and underlying software limits..size limits usually can go up to terrabytes.. you can however look at cloud database options too..i've tried a few and my favourite is both BigQuery (Google) and mySQL.. Cloud db offers more speed too, spreadsheet tends to slowdown as data grows..Appsheet DB limit is 200k rows which wont fit your case eventually

The app is used internally and is quite simple, it is an inventory app that will have to record more than 100,000 objects and do other small things like having an accessible change log. Doing the math I should get to 300,000. Among your videos I saw the one where you talk about Supabase, I tried it but it's really difficult and many things that work with Google Sheets now, but don't with Supabase. Much easier Appsheet DB and for now I'm using it for just one app table. I wonder if you will make other videos on Supabase :) Thank you
hello, I'm from Indonesia Permission to ask, does an appsheet with a spreadsheet database have a maximum row of 10,000 rows? I once reached 10,000 rows, the application errored and how do you get unlimited without row limits? Do you use MySQL and there are no row limits?
