Simplicity at it’s finest, crunching of the snow, crackle of a small fire, and the popping of bacon!
    Thanks Dave.🏹

You and I talked about this subject (commented) many years ago but it's still important and relevant. I do enjoy your videos and they all don't all have to be full of extreme content. Sometimes just sitting next to a fire is enough.

What a great day with nice weather conditions. The whole Cabin season is my favorite. Unfortunately I haven't the possibility to go out on a trap line like you do, but this is okay, I can follow you along which is awesome! Again thanks for all the effort and for all the great videos you provide for us!

Thanks for these discussions on winter clothing. We're having a cold one down here in SC. Just did a hunt recently where it was in the teens and a wind chill around 10 degrees. It was a rude awakening.

Great series Dave. Speak of clothing, can you tell us more about the item selections you make now vs clothing you featured in the past. You have far more access to companies and time to test them than a lot of us. Companies like Duluth, Arborwear, and Railrider are names we don't see much in your videos. Did you find problems with these companies? Is Falraven simple the next business venture? Thanks for all the content Dave!

For one man trapping in a self reliance situation for meat, what and how many traps do you think are a pretty good sure fire way to get meat are. and could primitive trapping be combined with a modern traps sustain you for a longer term situation?

He seems almost all the way to what so many like you come SO close to, though beyond/further along than all I personally have met and worked with (in these arts). MANY thanks regardless. Appreciation for all you keep doing --amazing/skill-filled content...live long and prosper as well, brother... I? B e g i n n e r ;-)
