The Galeón Andalucía Spanish cargo galleon ship. Docked in Scarborough north Yorkshire England. A 16th century replica ship museum, which has toured the globe, is 160ft (49m) long and weighs about 500 tonnes. The Galeón Andalucía built in 2009 resembles on the old Spanish cargo ships. Built by Guadalupe Fernández Morente and Ignacio Fernández Vidal, historian and naval engineer. With research, and many years analysing the existing historical sources about the galleons its was built as close to the original as possible.
