Thank you so much for these detailed videos! I've been watching them all morning and just ordered a kit and new project bag from your Etsy shop. I have to say, I was tempted to just go to my local craft store and pick up supplies but decided I'd rather support your business and buy something from your shop as a thank you for your videos you put out for all of us to enjoy!
Lovely! Thank you for showing your process in making an envelope backing. I have watched a few videos on the process and they seemed over whelming to me. Yours was far from that and very doable. I look forward to watching more in the pillow party series! ❤️🤗
Does it not come apart if you do not use adhesive on the back? Since it is a product that will be washed frequently, is it enough to just use interlining?
want to make a pillow cover but I'm concerned with being able to wash it. Haveyou put a hand-tufted pillow cover in the washing machine before, or would you only spot-clean? What glues and backings would you recommend for finishing such a piece? Thanks!
Such a comfortable video to watch! I dislike sewing even if I was keen to learn years ago. haha I have thought of "sealing" the back with interfacing like that to protect the stitches. My question is... can they be washed in the washing machine and then ironed or no need to iron? Cold and gentle cycle, obviously! :) Oh also... would cotton yarn be too "slippy"? I am using acrylic at the moment but would love something natural like cotton. Thank you, Vera!
Thank you! I think it will always remain a bit fragile, so I would recommend a cold hand wash. About the cotton or acrylic. I don't really have experience with them and the interfacing. I think that it would work, but it's maybe best to test it out on a small piece. Good luck!
I use solid wood picture frames and a staple gun for big projects. I got the wooden frame at a local art store for $15-$20 and the cheap Arrow staple gun for under $30 as well. It honestly works for me better than the little circles- they always slip out.
Your pillow looks absolutely amazing and you did a beautiful job sewing.
gorgeous!!!! I love listening to you talk. You are my new favorite!
That is so sweet, thank you so much🤗

Qué número de aguja es y qué tela usas?
Can I use the cloud fluffy texture technique that you did with the white yarn if I use a thinner punch needle size and thinner yarn ?
Yes, that's possible. Make sure your stitches are small, so that you cover the area well and it stays secure.
I got all the materiasl but what kind of yarn do you used?
Oi...amei conhecer seu canal. Por favor, vi que você usa tecido etamine. Precisa molhar o tecido?
Can we use any cloth for punch needle?
