My son is a huge tipper. He pays about half as a tip. I don't order out.

A car-dwelling online friend did DoorDash in Phoenix.. in the summer! She was making $200/day but she was spending a fortune in gasoline and busting her tail.

Your perception of business is so outdated friend. I get it your a different generation however things have changed dramatically. Return on Investment is everything and building a long term business is pointless to many of these new corporations. Every year there is a new batch of workers and a new batch of employees that the concept of how they can keep turning over empoyees they trick them to get them signed up and they try it out.. They do better with a fuel efficent car but mostly they make low wages and after a while they drop off as they realize it's a scam. Plus declining trips means the APP has to increase the rate of pay or that order will not get fullfilled. So YOU accepting every order is bringing down the wages dramatically for yourself AND for everyone else who can't pick up that SAME order but at a higher rate.
Doing uber eats in a downtown on a bike is a great way to get in shape AND get a higher ROI for yourself as well. Yes, for younger people they can find ways to increase profitability and get more value out of the job. PLUS some people can even learn to stack orders and run several apps at the same time! Meaning they could be going downtown to the east metro doing door dash on one account and uber eats on another.
I have no clue on how they can multitask like that and make it work but those with the drive and skills can get it done. Plus it's cheap to have multiple phones. I have 3 phone services with 3 numbers for under 100 bucks since I lived nomadically and don't have home internet anymore. All very affordable and possible to increase your revenue potential.
Lots of those dashers or urber eats drivers move fast, just like the amazon delivery drivers they are always booking it! Business has changed to make ends meet you gotta be so much faster at your job and work so much harder but then you make it profitable and worth your time. If you can't cut it apply to Walmart, they are always hiring and will hire about anyone and you can even sleep in their parking lot lol.. I done it myself, except I slept at nearby Walmarts cause I didn't want my co-workers to know I slept in the parking lot... likely they would be knocking on my window to get me to come into work! hahaha!

The company's should be paying the workers. Tip is extra, as long as service is beyond good.

This is the third video I've seen from your channel and I can see you are on the other side of Jesus sacred heart. That's the side where you were on (his) cross with him. You yourself possess a sacred heart, not like the hearts of normal man. May the spirit of ST Michael protect you from the evils in other men's hearts. The day I heard the name Uber, I felt a genuine dislike for that name. Now I know why. Your life is too valuable to God to throw it away driving for Uber.
