😅 I worked at The Park hotel in Calcutta around that time. I was 18 years old. I’m now 63. I also worked at the Oberoi Grand in New Delhi in 1983. There’s a vast difference between the two. Oberoi being way superior. I knew the owner of Park Hotel and he had bigger fish to fry than this hotel with he had the least interest in.
