I bet that the Starlight "space flavor" is raspberries since the compound, Ethyl Formate, that gives raspberries their signature taste has been found at the center of the Milky Way Galaxy.
Smart way to geuss it but it's not. I've had plenty it taste like s'mores. Toasted marshmallow kinda taste I'm assuming because bon fires while looking up at space type of thing

I loved this theory, heard it before I tried it, but it's not raspberry flavored... definitely not raspberry.
it is flavoured with Ethyl Formate which is a main flavour component in many of the flavours people think starlight tastes like :)
It just has that cotton candy/bubblegum flavor to me, which is far from pleasant. I like cotton candy or bubblegum occasionally, but I really don't like when other things have those flavors 🤢
It's difficult to believe an actual Coca-Cola employee wrote those descriptions. I don't know what to say. I'm not speechless, just trying to be polite.

Starlight is a mix of cotton candy and raspberries. It is actually based on the chemical formula found in a nebula that is also found in raspberries.

Starlight was really gross. It tasted kinda like a very chemically vanilla and buttery and burnt popcorn flavor
@@trevracing6019 Man in my opinion Starlight is the best soda I have ever tasted, when I heard it was discontinued I drove all around for days buying as much of it as I could before it was all gone. I miss it so much.

I enjoy trying new flavors of drinks, so I definitely bought into these. Starlight was my favorite, followed by dreamworld. I couldn’t finish the bottle of move I had, it was so gross. I never got to try byte or marshmello.

The red version reminds me of another softdrink called Big Red (not the gum) it was actually more like a cream soda.
Big red has always tasted bubblegum flavored to me, def not cream soda ish. I know it's supposed to be, but it's nothing but bubblegum for me personally.
Vanilla is a major flavor component of bubblegum, and probably cream soda as well. So that makes sense
it is a red cream soda, which is a very distinct type of cream soda

Starlight was pretty good but definitely sweet. Dreamworld was alright, kind of just reminded me of mango Pepsi. Move has been my favorite, since I used to get the same kind of drink at these soda shops in Utah lol. Never did try Byte or marshmello

@@foolofatook2026 blech lol. The Zero version of things are only marginally better than regular diet, because they use a blend of artificial sweeteners vs just aspartame. The diet made with Splenda isn't bad
