I loved this video and idea. Thanks for posting these videos. I always recommend Embroidery Library to anyone asking where to buy designs because I buy all of my designs from you.
Hey-This is an amazing video & a wonderful way to make gifts extra special. I'm wondering if tulle can be used in the place of Organza? I watched the soap video and tulle is used. Thank you so much for sharing!
+Jennifer Allen Hi Jennifer! We found that tulle works best with soap, because it has a wider mesh/weave which disappears into the softened soap better. Organza works best with candles because candles have a hard and smooth surface, and organza has a closer/tighter mesh. We tend to share what works best from our experience, but you can certainly experiment with other techniques!
Have done this without the organza using just the wss. To apply to candle simply use a heat gun or hair dryer to warm candle and apply embroidery. Looks wonderful and no oval around design.
+Edie Hippern Hi Edie! That will work if you're using freestanding lace designs. But if using a design that isn't digitized for freestanding lace, then embroider onto organza.
+Jim Hursey Hi Jim! The designs are shown at the bottom of the written instructions: www.emblibrary.com/EL/ELProjects/Projects.aspx?productid=PR1624 Enjoy!
I put a tea light in my embroidered candles once a "well" forms that is the same diameter as the tea light thereby never ruining the candle nor having to remove the design when the candle burns down!!
+Laura Cobb Hi Laura - I'm not sure if you're referring to the video, the instructions, or the designs, so send an email to us: stitch@emblibrary.com and elaborate a bit on what you need. Thanks!

Embroidery Library
agreed. Only for fsl.
I'd like to try "mini" designs on votive candles. I'll try it this week. I would assume that the procedure would work with votives and mini designs???
+Sandy Pastor I would assume that as well. Size isn't relevant for this particular technique. Enjoy!
Thanks for this video, such a great idea!
+Linda Elmore Thanks, Linda - such a nice note!
What is the design used on the candle? I love this idea and plan on getting a candle tomorrow so I can do this!

+Embroidery Library Thank you.
Would this work on the flameless candles? Not sure about how toattach the embroidery to the candle.
+jackie san pedro Hi Jackie - Yes, in the video Kenny mentions a flameless candle. Check the video at about 1:45 for mention of that.
