It was a HUGE hit at the Christmas party. People were fighting over it in the gift exchange game. I made some for my family members and they put it out every year as their Christmas decor. Also a cheap way to practice or stitch out a design. 😊. I bought a Innovis machine during the pandemic- has a bigger hoop option than my first machine. You’ll have lots of fun w yours! 😊

Congrats on your new embroidery machine! Its a lot of fun!!! I use Embrillance Essentials. It has a 90-day return policy (but you do have to pay up-front). It's easy to use and there is a good FB group that is very helpful if you need assistance. There is a free version for you to use that will allow you to use Bx files (some designers use this in their alphabets - which allows you to use the keyboard to type the word rather than having to drag and drop each letter into the software). Hope that helps you out! Happy Stitching!!!

SE400 is the common model number for this machine. I bought it under Costco on-line so its branded as LB-6800. It's the cheapest model that Brother makes in embroidery - but it is GREAT value! (I got it for under $400). You might be able to get it for less, but I wanted to be able to return it if I didn't like it and Costco has a great return policy.
