My first visit to Yarmouth was as a baby in 1960..got some wonderful memories ..used to stay on the south Denes..got memories for life..stayed in a variety of hotels over the years and will be back in February
Great video, so peaceful in the winter sunshine! The Marina centre car park is aimed at those using the leisure centre - so when using the centre you get 3 hours free parking. The lights along Regent Road are there all year round, not Christmas lights! Looking forward to seeing the changes at the pier :)
Always go to Great Yarmouth at least twice a year and it always delivers. I thought that the amusements were open all year round and only close on xmas day so you live and learn there. The lights down Regent road are permanent they are a representation of the wind farm. I always thought they were Merc badges when I fist saw them 😂 but know I see they are win turbines
Someone please correct me if I’m wrong because my memory may not be accurate but things used to be open year round, no? I lived there when I was little for about 6 years, left around 2010 and seeing it now is shocking
