It's a really good shoe for long and easy runs and lasts for pretty long, I've already ran 1000km and they are still good, however they're very bad for speed sessions, it's a very slow and soft shoe
Been tempted to try mizuno since they introduced "enerzy" specifically the Wave Rider Neo. But seems like the Enerzy foam isn't anything special. ll save my earth credits. Cheers!
I agreed with almost all you said about my Rider 25 . It is some how super comfortable and lightweight but not near as nimble as my Cumulus 23 and the heavy weight Pegasus 38 . Anyways I liked to try again a Mizuno running shoe.
I want it to buy for my long run whose max 20klm but with pace 4.50 between 5.30. This video help me to go for Saucony speed or brooks ghost, I have the ghost 11 12 13
Love your reviews!! Completely agree with you about your impressions on the Rider 25... I´ve tested them in a store and found that you can clearly feel the heel stack!! I was testing a Ghost 14 on the right foot and the Rider 25 on the left foot, and the Ghost felt flat compared with the Mizuno. On the other hand as you said, you feel as if your feet and toes were pushed forward... so totally inconsistent transition. I found some nuisances in the beginning of the tongue/lacing just where the shoe is supposed to flex and also I have some nuisances with the interior reinforcement of the toes... My big toe was constantly strikking that reinforcement. The Ghost 14 on the right foot was simply perfect compared with the Mizuno. It´s a pity, because I used to love this model

How many km you ran in total? I bought this Rider 25, but I worry that this shoes will were down to quickly.
