I'm making stroganoff tonight, and I'm using your recipe. I just found it. I like how you put your noodles in with the rest of the stuff and cook them instead of cooking them on the stove and stirring at the end. I don't have wine or dijon, so that's a plus for me. We don't drink, and only keep yellow mustard, so this is a good recipe for me. I have better than boullion beef base. Wondering if adding a little of that with the beef stock would give it a flavor boost. Either way, I'm excited. Thanks!
@@SarahRobinsonSidetrackedSarah I did make this last night. Other than adding a heaping tsp of the beef bullion base, I followed your recipe. It was deeeeelicious. Hubby loved it too and he's super picky. We have leftovers, so gonna finish it up tomorrow night. That you so much for sharing this.
On this particular recipe, I usually don't. If you're getting that, I'd add more liquid and make sure that the pasta isn't down first. Liquid, then pasta.
