MvC2 Beginner's Guides: SonSon

A general overview and introduction of SonSon.
SonSon is a character with a rushdown focused playstyle. She has some surprisingly good range on her normals, a projectile that goes through other projectiles, and a great anti-air. Unfortunately in terms of supers, she is quite lacking, with having only one that can be comboed into reliably. Even still, her tricky movement and amazing assists make her a great character. Definitely recommended to anyone looking for a flexible pick in their mid tier teams.
This is not meant to be an advanced guide, as i do not know enough about the character to go in-depth.

I can't express how happy I am to see someone make a video on Son Son. She's one of my personal favorites character to play. I also never seen that Kingin no Hisago move until now.

sonson also has a mash special not covered here. she waves the staff around in front of her and moves ahead slightly. not the greatest move.

Crawl and kingin no hisago (hit grab not c throw) are worthless, right?

crawl is throw immune and low profile, hit grab is just a regular hit grab

I guess low profile is an adv v ken’s roll and mb she goes a little farther forward, but it looks too unsafe to be useful

Crawl crosses up and you can do any move out of it it goes under so many moves
