The laser is great 😍 I didn't know that diode lasers can cut and engrave acrilyc. Also the video is Awesome, you give POV from different angles, so everything is clear and easy to follow. Keep going Brother ✌️
@@ErCanEverything maximum power with adequate speed as in the power/speed table you can see the evident burning of the edges ... I don't know if it depends on the wavelength ( nanometres) or on the low power
I have access to CO2 lasers in my work, and i can assure you that there is burning with them too. Only the edges are melt a bit more, but you can't get straight edges using lasers 😢 you need a CNC machine. Also noticed, acrylic cut with CO2 laser shatters more easyly than milled one ✌️
@@DjaniAgain with the CNC you don't have the problem of burns but the speed of the machine decreases drastically .... in my hobby there are laser cut kits that are not burnt or slightly ... the cut must not show burns to glue

Thank you Brother🙂🤝
This one is 36W, and the next one will be maybe 48W and we will start cutting sheet metal as well lol😄😁
merhaba arkadaşım iyi akşamlar gerçekten çok güzel bir cihaz tanıtım için teşekkürler takipteyim görüşürüz 👏🖐️👍☕
I would buy it to cut my model aircraft but I saw that even in minimum thicknesses the edge burns a lot ... so I could not glue them well
It's burning because I'm using maximum power. Otherwise, if adjusted correctly, even paper can be cut without burning.
