Great information about using a coarser grind for the same extraction when using more coffee. I’m going to try this recipe with the Brazilian beans tomorrow morning!
Going strong! just tried the aero press recipe from your previous video, it’s interesting and i like it thanks for the gentle press tip as well, i might try increase the ratio next time as you suggested, or bypass abit more. Lately been trying freeze coffee bean with centrifuge tubes, very new to it and still experimenting, trying to get coffee life longer, love to hear some insight from you in the future if you dont mind, thank you for all the tips.
Glad you enjoyed the AP method. You can play with ratio and bypassing based on your taste preference. Freezing beans is a good way to extend the shelf life. It’s important to do it properly. Separating doses it’s a good way. I’ve actually got a workshop presentation about that I did in the past. I need to adapt it for a RUclips video. Thanks for the idea!
Thanks for the tip on grind size for scaling recipes! I never really thought about it but it makes sense. Do you also scale the grind size for smaller changes (e.g. 15g to 16g) or only for doubling like today?
2 people. No im going to need all of that myself 😅

Thanks for the tip

Usually of for doubling in this case. Thanks for the comment 😊
So should i get v4 wide or narrow , or i wait for v5
At the moment I suggest the wide. It's very versatile. The next one is still a mystery.
