From an adventurous balloon ride above the clouds to a monster-filled metropolis, Academy Award®-winning director Pete Docter (Monsters, Inc., Up) has taken audiences to unique and imaginative places. In Disney/Pixar’s original movie Inside Out, he will take us to the most extraordinary location of all - inside the mind.
Growing up can be a bumpy road, and it’s no exception for Riley, who is uprooted from her Midwest life when her father starts a new job in San Francisco. Like all of us, Riley is guided by her emotions - Joy (Amy Poehler), Fear (Bill Hader), Anger (Lewis Black), Disgust (Mindy Kaling) and Sadness (Phyllis Smith). The emotions live in Headquarters, the control center inside Riley’s mind, where they help advise her through everyday life. As Riley and her emotions struggle to adjust to a new life in San Francisco, turmoil ensues in Headquarters. Although Joy, Riley’s main and most important emotion, tries to keep things positive, the emotions conflict on how best to navigate a new city, house and school.

Seeing this after seeing clips of the second movie pretty much showed me how dull colored the emotions looked in the first movie.
My sister said all of my emotions fell down the "cliff of forgotton" except anger because i am angry all the time

The head quarters will be like stepping on sand in summer
It just shows up on the dashboard. Also, whenever Riley gets sick or hurt, it shows up on the dashboard, like when she stubbed her toe, it would show a picture of the human body with the toe marked in red to show that she is feeling pain in her toe. Also, the dashboard shows her speed, steps per minute, health, hunger, happiness, smarts, looks, thirst, age, luck, excretion (going to the bathroom, higher means greater urge to go), gassiness (if high, she would pass gas more often), energy (if low, she's tired, if high, she's hyperactive), internal water/body temperature, heart rate, blood oxygen content, blood sugar, blood alcohol, and other basic human body data. Also, the dashboard has the interactives that allow movement, punching, interacting, language, etc. The punching button makes you punch whatever is in front of you, while the interacting button allows you to use everyday objects. Also, there is a lever that has a turtle on one side and a rabbit on the other that swaps movement from walking to running and vice-versa.
