    Nice to see growth in the metro it’s way overdue. new airport new office space and then hopefully an N.B.A Team it’s about time for KC instead of Okc, Atlanta somewhere in Texas, NYC, Chicago or Cali.. More for downtown KCMO💯

      Mostly all growth is happening in JOCO

      @@iknowdeweybrudda6564that’s true but Johnson county is big wide roads and boring the only thing that fun in JC is Lenexa everything else is to far spread out in JC

      @@johnrobinson1648 the roads here arnt really that bad compared to other cities stop freaking out about taxes our city will never grow because people are so worried about shelling out a few extra cents here and there

    A vertical ghetto-slum.
    Makes no sense in a Metroplex with 8400 square miles to sprawl in,.. like screen door on a submarine.

      @John Larson there’s 39,000 jobs in the central business district. there’s over 1 million jobs in the metro area. Johnson County has 344,000 jobs that’s 9 times as many as downtown.

    The 20 stories tall scares me. The rendering looks like segregation of the masses, I agree that the DT area needs more affordable shopping, but schools are so bad in KCMO that families should look outside the DT area for the safety of children. I can see executive types who can afford private schools living DT or up and coming singles retired ppl with money to burn.
