- The plaintiff dated the defendant, but after they moved in together, she claims he started disappearing for days and weeks at a time. She soon found out he was cheating on her with multiple women and is suing him for an unpaid loan. The defendant argues that he left and took trips because living with the plaintiff and her children during the pandemic was overwhelming.

how do you notice somebody disappears for weeks at a time and you never call the police and report him missing after he didn’t come home one night? So basically before the man left, he tells you he needs some time away and then he leaves for several weeks. Sounds like that’s what really happened. Therefore she sat around waiting for him to come home each time. She’s trying to make it seem like he just left the house and she didn’t know why and when he returned that’s all he said was he needed some time.
