      That's because in order to use his full potential you need to know things, plus beer biceps is mostly an entertainment channel. He is known for low research. More controversy and polarisation is how he keeps getting more views.

    I'm a huge fan of Dr Pal. He's a gem.
    Btw, Dr Pal hasn't used a single Tamil word and here the host bring a typical Delhi guy started to bring Hindi in middle of conversation.
    Host needs to learn more. And before anyone shouts, I'm not from South.

    43:30 amazing point. It took me roughly 1 year to get adjusted to the southern diet after I shifted to Hyderabad. I am a Bengali, and this cannot be more true.
    I feel the same also applies for water. The quality of water in Gujarat, or Bengal or Telangana is completely different and not all bodies can adapt so easily to it.

    Hello doctor pal. Enjoying your each and every podcast/youtube. You have a great sense of humour ❤
    Wanted to know can a 63 year old female be able to built a muscle at this age? If yes, what type of exercise needs to be done.
    Your guidance in this matter is greatly appreciated.
    Like you said in the podcast wish someone had told me 44 years before that I need to go to the gym and built muscles😅😅

    Dr. Pal with 72gm protein : This is quite less.
    And here I am hardly managing 60-70 gm (25 of which comes from whey), feeling extremely bloated at that. 😂 If I can manage 72gm just on natural diet, then it would be next level achievement.

    Isnt red meat full of fibre?

    • @lapatatadelplato6520
      @lapatatadelplato6520 10 месяцев назад +4

      Fibre is the "woody" component of food. It is what provides the structure to plants. Humans can't digest it, but it aids in digestion and helps the GI flora flourish. Animal cells do not store fibre in them. They have protein fibers, which are not the same as polysaccharides, which he talks about in the vid.
