  • I fixed my Arrma Big Rock 6s rc truck again. I went ahead and ran the Proline Badlands again, too. Hopefully, the wheels and the truck came out unbroken on this run. I really need a videographer. Please subscribe, share, like and comment. Enjoy.

I agree the tires are terrible as well. I had it in the snow and it struggled mightily. Compared to the v2 Maxx I also was running, the Maxx ran signifantly better in the snow. I think the tire choice is because the Bigrock is more a scale vechile than some of the other high speed bashers. They look more like a full size trucks standard tires. I'd imagine that the Kraton's stock tires on the Bigrock would make it very capable in snow and offroad.

Yes, I probably should have gone with other Arrma tires rather than Proline Badlands. Hindsight.

I like the pro-line tires but you might as well spend the money and buy the aluminum adapters that either pro-line has or I would buy the ones from M2C. The plastic ones suck and break every time I use them on a heavy truck like this.

I actually did order the aluminum adapters. Just waiting on snail mail.

You left the ring and washers on the end of the front arms. Have you had the driveshaft wanting to pop out of the cups. (Passenger side) mostly...
I figured all the 6s Arrmas needed them removed...
If you board you can see why this is the solution to the popping out. "Readeracing RC"

I have never had a driveshaft pop out of place. Thankfully.

Should have got some RPM arms since those broke on you

You are right, I will have to look into those.

There are some obvious workmanship issues with this new Bigrock that I have noticed as well. Putting the body on is a bitch. I recently also bought the Kraton exb 6s that seems to be built better from what I can tell. No loose bolts and misaligned parts. It also drives significantly quieter. My Bigrock literally wakes the dead. I am wondering since it is a new design, if perhaps more recently manufactured vechiles maybe are better put together.

It is amazingly loud, I agree with you. I'm just glad I got the body on much easier now. I hated wrestling that on. Now that you mentioned the body, I didn't have the body come loose from the front one time in my last video. Cool.

I feel my Kraton 6s v5 is better than the BigRock 6s.
