also technically 1 trigger pull is 1 trigger pull. those types of triggers require you to give a slight pull again after reset and requires practice to get it down

The FRT is 100% auto fire, I have shot one. as long as you keep rearward pressure on the trigger it continues to fire, but instead of the trigger staying stationary like a true full auto, it forces your finger to move back and forth without you physically moving your finger forward.. Its literally the acronym for the name FRT = Forced Reset Trigger.. Forcing the reset, not moving it yourself..
