@@mushroomman8912 the War would have been over within three months if the West hadn't scuppered peace talks and hadn't loaded Ukraine up with weapons and cash. Irans strike on Israels airbase (from which Israel attacked Iran's embassy in Syria) was deliberately telegraphed to Israel the US UK etc by Iran. Despite the warning about the retaliatory strike, Iran still managed to strike the airbase. Iran used drones which took 7 hours to arrive.. in concert with its missiles.. this was geopolitical bomb diplomacy at its best. Iran HAD to retaliate but didn't want its reaction to be construed as an act of war. E.g Israel pretends it was an unprovoked attack and mires the US in a new War. Iran proved beyond all reasonable doubt that it can touch Israel targets at will. That is the point. The Iron dome, several hours of planes in the air and Patriot systems on the ground all failed to mitigate the strike.. imagine the same strike without warning..They'd be toast. Israel doesn't have the stomach for it to go it alone. That is why Satanyahu has been bleating about Iran to warhawks in the US for the past 30 years.. just as he did about Iraq's WMDs before that..

11 ATACMS were shot down over Crimea. According to multiple Telegram posts, only the debris fell down and caused minor damages.
Russia claims to have used the new S-500 Prometheus, which appears to be more aware and capable of intercepting ATACMS, unlike the S-400, of what 4 launchers were destroyed a week ago
