DBS Gogeta-Base Form to SSJ3-Xenoverse 2 Mod

After about 3 weeks of learning I have finally finished my first roster character mod for Xenoverse 2, this won't be for release since it uses a hair model from an Ultra Instinct Gogeta mod for SSJ2 but I wanted to show off what I accomplished and I may release other mods in the future.
