@@Criticalbench Thanks for the reply on a busy channel. I try to do hamstring curls but my hamstrings tend to spasm. I think I'm looking at severely weak hamstrings/glutes where if I try to address the weakness other muscle groups take over even if I consciously to use my hamstrings/glutes. Then if I do manage to isolate my hamstrings, they spasm (possibly because they're so weak?). Lol. Maybe I need a trip to a good physio!
Thanks for the comment. It's truly unbelievable how many abuse exercise and call it something healthy. So many individuals think they are doing something good for their body but in reality they are causing more harm than good. -Coach Brian.
I am so glad I came across your channel today. Binging on your videos. Lol You are hitting all of the areas I need to rehabilitate due to a pedestrian accident. I had all of the muscle from my waist down atrophy and extensive neuropathy. It has been a lengthy healing a rebuilding process. If you could upload a video on how I can strengthen my calf muscles without doing calf raises that would awesome. The muscles in my feet and ankles are still extremely weak. I can't do calf raises. I cant even wiggle my toes yet on my right foot and barely can on my left. Building these little muscles has been pretty daunting due to my injuries.
If we're also a little lazy or weak at supporting our body in general it's likely that we lean forward but our back is still arched. If you stand up while contracting your butt and your abs you'll feel your hips open and your back un-arch a little bringing relief. If you work out your butt it'll start doing its job more.
Critical bench coach Brian I am so sore and I do understand I have to keep moving if I can take it I can make it thank you thank you thank you😆😂😅🔥🔥🔥💪💪👀
My left glute gets tired while doing clamshells, not the kind of exercise I want to do lol but was told to strengthen my glute medius. Does that mean it's weak?
@@Criticalbench glute bridges with a band , lateral band Walks, Lunges, and wide kettlebell squats. That's all I can do atm I'm getting some numbness in my foot so I'm staying away from deadlifts and other exercises.
Exercises that strengthen glutes & core will have a positive impact on your pelvis. Also keep in mind that good posture & working through proper range of motion when performing any exercise will have an impact.
I have been trying to figure out why my glutes are that strong. I walk keeping my back straight and tall. It takes strong will power to do that. I am very keen to acheiving the round butt. cheers

I face great difficulty in walking, I will follow your instructions and hope to overcome my problem. I appreciate your effort
You can do it!
I have same problem what to do
My right glute is too weak to do a single-leg glute bridge without the hamstring/lower back automatically taking over to do the work :(
Are you including exercises into your programming that will increase your hamstring strength?

Well explained and demonstrated a complicated health issue for many people who neglect their exercises to keep fit. Thank you Brian. Well done again.

I didn’t think the clam shell would have the results it did! I didn’t even use a band and I can feel it!

You need do only on the weak glute or both??
Both!
I have a back problem when I lean toward the front too much. Is there a way to tell how I am walking? Forward? Bent over?
Several places that sell sports shoes have the equipment & staff able to evaluate your gait.
Thank you
You're welcome!
How long does it take for the weak side to be stronger like the other side
This varies person to person. The body is very complex. Try at least 1-2 months. Keep us posted.

It may be weak, yes. What other exercises are you doing to develop glute strength?

Will that straighten your pelvis out or is there other exercises for that?
