Oh my this is lovely. So glad you didn't go with the audio story version. You and Aaron did and grand job at filming. It looks wonderful. Cant wait for the rest of it and No, It has nothing to do with me being in it. I just dont know how to describe how great this is so far.. I'll just get back to editing.. PS. ITS GREAT!
If I had a plot of land, I would be more than happy to find out that it was turned into a miniature railway and sell it to the tenants right away!!! I would even give a small portion of my own money to help fund it and come by once in a while as a visitor or work as a guard just like how the Rev Awdry volunteered as a guard on the Talyllyn Railway
Glad I could help you with this. I'm happy to be a filming consultant for you :) Keep up the great work. I enjoyed the episode. The writing.Your shots. Just amazing :D
Oh, Mike doesn't like being mistaken as James. And the way he unwittingly sent soot into the landlord's eye. ROFL I take it that this landlord is American. We sure know how to speak our mind. ;) "He was dirty, dusty, and needed several stitches... to a [something] tailor-made waistcoat." LOL Now you've done it, Jock.
Wow, this is getting to be a good, dramatic start to this entry. I sure hope the Arlesdale engines can make a better impression in the next story than they did in this one.
outstanding part 1 can't wait for part 2. I'm sure they'll be more trouble to come in part 2. i'm not saying that part 2 will be bad I mean trouble for the arlesdale engines.
What a story! Quite gripping and well written, I especially like the last bit. What year does this take place in, cause based on the year you stated Jock was built, the lads 39 or 40 years old, so much for maturity, makes it more lovable though :p. BTW, was that Ciremi (I think Eric is his actual name) who plays as the landlord?
“Now mike, I need you to be the friendly steamer that you aren’t whilst our land lord is on a visit” I almost died from laughter at that point! XD

Such an amazing first part! Really nice to see this Arlesdale piece, and looks like an engaging story.

i am surprised that the land lord did not ask for the small engines weight in scrap metal
Ooh, lovely stuff, Max!
Splendid first part so far. I wonder how this problem is going to be resolved in the next part.
outstanding part 1 can't wait for part 2. I'm sure they'll be more trouble to come in part 2. i'm not saying that part 2 will be bad I mean trouble for the arlesdale engines.
+Scottish twins productions Thanks! Oh there is a lot of trouble in part 2... its called Collision Course for a reason ;)
+Terrier55Stepney awesome really can't wait to see it
Is this story based on a real life event on the Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway, since that was the line's basis?
Jonah Snyder No. The crash is based on the incidents the Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway has had though, such as at the beginning of this year.
when I first got wooden railway mike from puffing billy I thought it was mike look like james too when I was a kid
I believe the landlord is Donald Trump, keen on building "Trump Tower, Sodor".
+The S.C.Ruffy NERF Herder XD That made me laugh! Yep pretty much!! Though he wasn't inspired by him. He doesn't inspire me.
It'd be "yuuuuge"!
Is it OK if I re-enact this episode?
Is the car at the beginning foreshadowing "Collision Course"? Great episode by the way!
+David Bradley Is indeed!
Terrier55Stepney

+Docter Geko (DG) ruclips.net/p/PLd6owLNFCZpujyB0DgLb_DiEXnno20uOt Here you go :) Sit back, relax and watch!
Where on Sodor did the compilation go?
Privatised it because all the attention went on that and not the 3-parter videos like this. That meant nobody could see the comments etc.

+Percyfan1998 Thank-you! :) The story takes place in the present day. No, Carson08022000 played the Landlord in this.
