We investigate an available installation type for your residence when we receive your address information on the application form. If Mansion type is available in your building, you do not have to discuss your installation with the landlord or building management since it does not include additional physical modification. If Mansion type is not available and Family type is necessary, a discussion is needed. Rest assured, we can call your building management company if you provide their contact information with us.

If your resience does not have a fiber optic line port (Hikari port), your installation type will be physical installation unless your residense has VDSL port and it is ready to be activated. Rest assured, there is still possibility of your internet installation by physical installation.
