    If one is renting an apartment, does the physical installation mean consulting with the landlord or rental association first - or is that also a part of why Sakura Mobile does a check on the residence beforehand?

      Whether a discussion with your landlord or building management is needed depends on the type of available installation in your residence. We investigate an available installation type for your residence when we receive your address information on the application form. If Mansion type is available in your building, you do not have to discuss your installation with the landlord or building management since it does not include additional physical modification. If Mansion type is not available and Family type is necessary, a discussion is needed. Rest assured, we can call your building management company if you provide their contact information with us.

      If your installation is a physical installation, it finishes in an hour in most cases. Depening on your residence, the length of time can be longer.

    What to do if you're only getting 2 green lights?

      If your modem only has two lights even after your installation, please let us know by email with pictures of your modern and wireless router. We will provide assistance for the troubleshooting.

    I’ve submit the application. But it’s been almost near 2 days. Now I’m questioning my self if the Email i submitted is wrong, or It just takes alot of time just to get a reply…

    What if i dont have Fiber Hikari ?

      If your resience does not have a fiber optic line port (Hikari port), your installation type will be physical installation unless your residense has VDSL port and it is ready to be activated. Rest assured, there is still possibility of your internet installation by physical installation.
