Coating those end link bushings and bar grommets in white lube will prevent cold weather squawk. Very old hot rodder tip that works.

A while back I threw the rear sway bar on my old Buick LaCrosse and man was it an improvement. Went from constantly fighting understeer to getting braking oversteer if I chucked it in hard enough. That car surprises a lot of people, no one expects a grandpa car to out corner them lol.

Good video. Good information. I would be the one who took off my old one and forgot which way is up! LOL. Just got my rear sway bar and front strut tower supports today. Want to play hooky from work tomorrow just to put them on... the coilovers are the next move so I'll wait. 🙄 If they perform like they did on the 96 Toyota, my boat baby will handle like it's on tracks. Can't wait! Thanks again! And keep the vids coming. Great tools!

Just replaced both sway bars on my 2004 Monte Carlo SS. Much bigger and stiffer than the FE4 suspension with the hollow tubes. The roads have been snowy and nasty the last couple of weeks here in northern Michigan. I have not had a chance to test it out on some curves yet.

There are better install videos by customers. While it didn’t necessarily hurt to put grease on the inside of rear sway bar bushing (rubber doesn’t squeak) putting it on the outside between the bracket is a no. U don’t want the bushing to walk or move on the bracket. Also depending what “grease” he put on it might actually break the rubber down faster.

Never use petroleum based grease on rubber grommets or bushings. Certified tech 101.

ZZP videos are the most important tools for upgrade installations on W-bodies (including others) that doesn’t need a toolbox for storage. The normally dark areas under the chassis are well lit to help with visual confirmation of all components. Having a vehicle lift provides plenty of ground clearance for maneuvering the anti-sway bars but the rest of us will do fine with our Jack stands, no doubt.
Maybe the camera or lighting angle caused it but the wear patterns on the rear rotors look like only the inner half of the rotor was making firm contact with the pads. Kinda like the caliper pistons were making uneven contact with the pads. Maybe the pads are just very narrow but if only half of the rotors are being used then the braking system capacity is being reduced by 50%. Most likely it’s my skewed perception of the video and nothing more. Otherwise it’s another good video from the folks at ZZP 👍.

LeSabre is an H-Body car, like it's cousin the Bonneville. Only thing you share with the w-bodies is the engine and transmission.

FYI, his instructions for telling you to install the front bar with the bend facing up is incorrect. The bend should be facing down for two reasons. Some w body’s mid pipe may not clear the other way and the tie rods will contact the bar his way too. They’re are small reliefs on the bar to hep clear the tie rods only on one side of the bar and his way they don’t exist and will hit slightly under full lock. Trust me, I know.

We installed this sway bar on 07 GP last year and worked perfectly fine with the original exhaust system until we decided to replace the exaust for an aftermarket set of headers. The problem is when I select reverse and the engine naturally moves backward the down pipe is touching sometimes and produces a sort of vibration that feels strong inside of the car we are looking to reinstall upside down this sway bar hoping that solve the vibration issue.
