    DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMN those seats look slick!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was watching these videos being like, ya Colby's just an everyman... if he's building this plane I've got a shot at decent results. Then you post this Mike Patey level video of insane artistry and crush all of my confidence!!! That leather work is amazing and the finished seats are incredible.

      😂 The number of swear words during the process and the amount of satisfaction experienced upon completion seem highly correlated, in my experience. Hope you enjoy!

    I see the comments are mostly positive so I’d like to address some negatives, This main guy is getting all the credit but as he said his mom basically did 99% of the work. Clearly some editing of the video to make it look like he was involved. The leather work was nice but also I suspect camera tricks, this level of excellence doesn’t just happen in a garage. Would also like to see more of the lady and the dogs. If you are available to build me a gaming chair I would be interested I’m trying to get my K/D up.

    That's a great job you done on seats.
    I can see only two rows, did you give up the third seat row on this build?

    • @ColbyOsborn
      @ColbyOsborn  2 года назад

      Thanks! We're building ours as a 4-place with a large cargo area. The extra cargo space will be more useful to us than the third row of seats. But we still have the seat frame and all of the attachment points are welded in place if we ever change our mind.

    • @lrakasz
      @lrakasz 2 года назад

      @@ColbyOsborn
      Any chance on one of the videos, you could pop the seat frame in the plane just for a reference, how much cargo space there is with an extra row and without it?
      Thanks

      Thanks buddy, seen that. I was thinking of a stage when the fuselage is covered, and one can actually visually appreciate the space. It is a bit difficult to reference on a uncovered frame structure.
      Good luck with the project. Hope to join the club of bearhawk owners...

    I noticed the initials etched into each front seat. One for you and one for your wife. What is the "N" etched into the back seat? Are you guys expecting?

    • @ColbyOsborn
      @ColbyOsborn  3 года назад +1

      The “N” is the brand for our family’s ranch. I figured a ranch plane has to have the brand somewhere.
