Every one is fighting double standards.Men live their whole thinking they have to be strong and tolerate pain to be man.Men live their whole life making money to have self worth which women could achieve being born beautiful.Nothing is actually equal.Both men and women go through a lot.
If you think about it that way, then men have it easier.
If you need to make money to have self worth, you can make money. Anyone can.
But if a woman needs to be born beautiful to have self worth, then the moment you're not born beautiful, you're fucked. Forever. You can't work toward being born beautiful the way you can work and get money. So the game is rigged immediately.
Also, men are told to be strong. Okay. But you should also know women are forced to 'act weak' and 'submit'. Highly humiliating.
At the end of the day, yes double standards affect all. But if you look at recent modern history, the world has been largely sexist and not to the benefit of women at all.
Couldn't vote;
couldn't own property;
couldn't open a bank account;
couldn't get a credit card;
couldn't register an invention (that's why we still think men created most things - women had to register patents in their husband's names if they wanted to protect an idea legally, so they never got the credit);
couldn't fly out of MANY countries without written permission of father or husband
Heck, you couldn't even keep your surname after getting married - basically stripped off your identity and dignity in numerous ways men weren't. Just because you're a woman.
Or isn't in Saudi Arabia were women weren't even permitted to drive cars until less than 10 years ago?
So, yes, the world demands men act strong and make money. Fair. But that's nothing compared to what it demands from women. In fact, research has shown that 99% of men answer "no" when asked if they'd want to be born as a woman. If it's so great on the other side, why is that number so high???
Anyone who acts like they don't know we live in a patriarchal and often misogynistic world is either surprisingly ignorant or lying to themselves.

Without a woman there would be no humanity on earth, because everything was Created by women to sharing loved. The only some truth is that some women are very wicket to men knowing we give birth to them, but because of wickedness from some women, men became wicket thinking that this man is not her child so she can used him in anyway, she do not care on how she treats him at home, knowing that this man is another woman child. This is we have some wicket man who just think power is their God's with out thinking when they set in power, so they think that they are God's forgetting that the truth power was given to them is from a woman God's 👩 of creation to go and share loved with a woman 👩👏. Culture can change but the nature of the beast remains the same.
My parents had 7 children, my father carried none, my mother carried us all. My both grandfathers carried none of my parents , my grandmothers carried them both, My wife carried my both children, I carried none. My daughter in law carried my grandson not my son.....I just cannot understand how women are not equal to men, if not superior. .... by the way, my dad was a school principal and he carried none of us, just like him, my mum was also a school principal and she carried the seven of us....CASE CLOSED, TALK DONE.

There is nothing "controversial" in gender equality. Right to equality of status and opportunity regardless of race, gender, tribe, skin colour is a basic human right.
You know you live in a sexist world when equality between races has now been accepted and no one would openly argue against it
But people (men) still refuse to accept that both they and women are equally human.
Funny thing is that you often hear "strength" been touted as the reason.
But who made that the pedestal for superiority?
If that was the case, then are black men superior to white men on average? (No one is superior)
Still, we are okay doing that with gender.
Women bring life into this world. That alone could even create an argument that they are infinitely superior to anyone and anything.
But they don't argue that.
Yet, you still can't give them basic decency of not trying to insist they are less than you, for whatsoever reason.
Men claim that women are emotional - not them - yet most sexist men reek of inflated egoism and greed. The two nasty emotions at the root of sexism.
Reminds me of this funny thing some Christian said a while back: "When bringing Jesus into the world, God had no need for a man. But He sure as hell could not bypass a woman".
