I have a good and perfect internet connection but still this appears every after 10 or 15 minutes

Isn't Internet nor device, it's Roblox.
I tested with 2 different devices and 3 different internet connections, i got results when i formatted 1 of the laptops, the error only got fixed for 2 days and the error started to show up again.
note: both laptops had nothing in them when i started testing before hand. This did not fix the problem completly as it only worked for 2 days; i don't recommend you format your pc/laptop.

Hi, I've done all the steps but it's still not working for me. The game lets me in for 5 sec and then show the error code again..
Don't know what to do, my internet is fine .. the download speed is 526 Mbps so it should be more than fast enough

I think it is just roblox not your internet connection. I never got this error before until just 1-2 weeks ago. They just don't want to fix this issue. That's my guess.

@@_donald.harrison04 me too, I contacted Roblox and they said my ISP blocked Roblox but my ISP wouldn’t block without my parents doing it and I would be blocked from the website 😂, they need to fix their website
I get the solution. You must install the microsoft version but this only fix temporally the error

Im actually so tired of this. Everytime i try to join a experience with a specific internet connection i get error 277 OR error 279 ID 17, its extremely annoying since i got to use the Mobile Data wifi of my phone, which is very slow.

@@jarvisyamaadios Not at all, But i've been thinking of changing some settings on my internet modem, maybe that'll work. I cant keep up forever using mobile data because where i live, its really rainy so mobile data just becomes slow.

I can play up to 30 minutes to an hour but that’s about it.
there is no way to fix this issue because if your internet provider will fall for 1 sec you are gonna get disconnected instantly

its spelled megabyte, he says 14 megabytes and 14 megabytes per second is still nothing, 14 megabits persecond is 1.75 megabytes persecond, this guy doesnt even meet robloxes minimum requirement hes just content farming the real issue could be some of the ports roblox requires to connect to your router are closed and the dns has nothing to do with it, if your dns is automatically made then it has nothing to do with the dns.

did you move to a different area recently (maybe a different state if ur in the USA)? if so id reference this vid to help you change ur account to the correct location " ruclips.net/video/YJRTJWE2mmE/видео.html ". I believe that what was happening for me was that my account was being ran through servers basically across the nation where i used to live and thats what lead to poor connection.

@khat4862 thank you , I knew that because in download speed I had 3700 mbits and upload like 1k and it would be impossible that its my Internet. I also tested a Variety of different games and they worked.
After I hacked into roblox wifi modules I changed the DNS and ot turned out to be the DNS so yea.

I've changed my DNS server, and I have an 86 Mbps internet download speed, I've uninstalled and reinstalled Roblox Player, and Roblox servers are perfectly operational but still, I get the error and strange enough, it closes my WiFi internet access and to connect to my WiFi again, I have to reboot my PC, this only happens on my PC, my phone is perfectly connected to my WiFi. I don't know how to fix this anymore I can't have fun on Roblox anymore bruh, other games are fine except Roblox I can watch and stream RUclips videos, livestreams, and movies from Netflix perfectly fine and fast. This is so weird!!
It is Roblox, nothing you can change, they think its an antivirus trying to block the server, but it's just roblox's fault. They don't want to fix the issue.

You can’t really fix the issue. It’s Roblox acting up and they just will say it’s your ISP blocking Roblox from your network

Hello, I have a download speed of 1.14 mbps. I used to be able to perfectly play the game before october 2023 and there's no way I could speed up my internet because the maximum internet plan from my internet provider is 1.5 mbps. Is there anything I could do?

Blocked ports on your router might be a problem, I think that’s what it is for me but I can’t figure out how to fix it
