Isn't it wonderful to see Leo's vocabular grow more and more with each passing week. His ability to recall and pronounce new words is so satisfying. All of you do such a great job talking to Leo like he is an adult and not a child. As you know, this will help Leo grow his vocabulary by leaps and pounds. Great parents and a wonderful little boy. You guys have come a long way from the first builds. My dad was a union carpenter and when he worked, they used hand saw and hammers. How technology has changed our lives. Love watching you build stuff.
Congrats on the 4 way! You deserved to pass. But, the real compliment goes to Leo. He is talking so well and his creative side is showing by the design and building of his toy house. Without a doubt, he is the coolest little guy around!!!
So fun to watch Leo “building a house” and “going to work”!! They are definitely little sponges and mimics at that age!! I have 2 boys, 3 years apart, and it brings back a lot of fun memories of them following daddy & grandpa around and helping!
2001 noticed At age 3 my son LOVED doing stuff meticulously with his fingers. Next month he graduates with his Masters in mechanical engineering👨🏾🎓

He finishes the project and is happy with his work. He is like the on-site inspector. Checking out the day process and giving his approval. So happy only a short punch list from 4 way inspection. Most of all pregnancy is going well
At such a young age your Leo being able to comprehend structurally how that play house goes together should tell you he is very smart. And he is always excited to work with Dad. Start saving for college. He's a joy to watch. Congrats on the four-way.

I can’t get over Leo’s fine motor skills and his spatial awareness!
I sure hope you are going to bring in the pros for drywall. You have another baby coming. I have installed hundreds of those condensate pumps and longevity is good but they will stop working at the most inopportune time like Christmas day. So being inexpensive, purchase another one and keep it on hand. When we built our last house we built in two time capsules into it. Even the best of builders don't pass four way with out a few small items the first time. Good job. They always want the engineer to sign off it clears them of responsibility.

I've been remodeling my house the last 10 years. Every room we've gutted we've signed and dated behind the drywall. My son is now 18. Several years from now when I'm no longer around, when he decides to remodel a room again, he'll come across our signatures and remember all of our good times.❤
Allie, please take Vitamin D3 supplements with food every day!! We had an endocrinologist friend teach us that we cannot get enough from the sun or our food. It is essential and really supports many functions in our body. We were all deficient per blood test…. Make sure the vitamins have the 3 after the D.
My kids had the same magnetic shapes when they were growing up, I got hit with nostalgia to see this!

I just had to rewatch Leo building a house and going to work. His confidence is so evident. How blessed you all are to have such great people in your lives. I just loved watching the smiles from the 4way success, and Brendon quitting till May had me rolling. lol.

Allie, here’s something that might help you. Take a large yellow onion, cut it in half, then cut the halves into quarters. Place them onto saucers, paper plates or something similar and place them out in your kitchen, bedroom or whatever room you’re in the most. There’s something in the onion that eliminates the cold virus. Why this works, I don’t know. I just know that it does. Yes, you will smell onions for a couple of days.

I took my older two sons to my construction sites and now one is a construction supervisor for his company and my other is a Master sergeant in the air force as a project coordinator for large projects. My youngest is a electrical engineer. Sons seem to follow dads as a role model and want to be like Dad. #2 will most likely follow big brother and Dad. Your both raising a wonderful son,

My boss, the electrician and Gen. Con. told me that leaving something fairly obvious that is easy to fix is a good strategy. A guy who simply MUST find something to cite you on will be
satisfied with that if nothing else is REALLY out of whack, and you're less likely to have him squirreling around determined to find SOMETHING to ding you on!! Hope it works for you.

Good morning guys here in Michigan 11 AM. Always love watching your videos love to watch the Leo and all your projects. You bring a lot of knowledge to the world. We get a lot of snow here sometimes, but I have no idea why somebody would want that much snow wow.
From a person who does a lot of installs for A/C. Apply a tiny bit of Vaseline to the slot where the duct slide is. Over time the moisture can get a little rust in that area. It is just a little preventative.
So glad to see Allie is back and feeling better! Congratulations on the green light to move forward.
