Oh wow! Such great command of chords and sound. Wonderful versatility when transferring from hymns to jazz chords. Awesome is he, (Bro. Travis Sayles. Thank God for great models for our young up and coming church organists
@420rules420 Honestly, there are qualities to his style that puts him in a class that I don't even compare with anyone...His mind works completely different! They all might get planets named after them in glory...lol! Not everything he does is hard, but it is just unexpected...I'm like why did you do that? He's a master.
@@rramos07 His feet on the bass pedals are insane too... I agree, this man should be banned for all the heartaches he has caused genuine music lovers🙏🔥🔥🔥
Dude you are so gifted man i just want you to break some of that stuff down at the end that you did spell it out for us thats the kind of stuff that makes church
I'm developing my own sound because it just won't sound like Travis...lol! My favorite. Following him is Quennel (who may play at a higher level of difficulty), then Corey Henry, then Eddie Brown, then Corey Ling (look him up)!
@@johanbrand8601 get a time machine and make your parents go to a sactified baptist church from when you were a baby onward. Or, watch and listen on 75% or 50% speed but you have to have good ears too, but you will still have 20 years of catching up to do. If you don't have a time machine or good ears, plus LOTS of time to practice and a church to play in, you're kinda outta luck... Anyone would be considered a "good" organ player if they could play 5% of what Travis can play. The man is ridiculous. Richly blessed, and has put in a mountain of work too.
@KareemByEar1Year I like that list. For me its a tie btwn cory and quennel; their theory is unbelievable. Eddie is a monster, gonna check out Corey Ling. Don't forget Wendall Lowe too. But just to sit back and listen, Travis is my #1. In a service he's much better than what he's doing on this vid.

Sure, but how far is “too far” from the tune is different for different people. I say go for it because I’ve heard it “straight” a million times. Other folks have their opinions too. At the end of the day, it’s God who should get the glory so if it fulfills that purpose I’m good with it.
Every last finger has a mind of it's own...Travis is that dude!!

I can’t stand it when you have to try and figure out what’s being played. There’s a such thing as getting too far away from the tune
