👍Thumb up from germany! Old school! Did all my maintance and repair by my self on the RD07A..Btw: adding a spark elimination Diode will avoid those burned contacts for the future. In germany we call it "Funkenlöschdiode" !

Nice job repairing it. Those Mitsubishi Pumps are expensive, especially from Honda.
Hi Paul, I'am allways first to see if a part can be repaired, most of the time it can and this is such an example. For a fraction of the price a fuelpump cost you can easy repair it yourself. Specialy after watching my video.

I need to add a comment again. I worked today on a friends RD07 to repair these fuelpump issues! It seem to be, that there are different Mitsubishi fuelpumps build in the Africa Twin! The RD07A today, had the inlet and outlet hoses/tubes different to the one in your video. Inlet, or from the fueltank is the inner tube, outlet to the carburators the outer tube! Additional to that, there was a double paper insulator below the contact plate off the pump. And thicker than i had prior on the pumps.

No 1. Stačí vložiť rele kontakty čerpadla nech ovladajú rele 85,86 a kontakty 87 a 30 napájajú cievku čerpadla čiže prúdové zaťaženie je na rele a nie na kontaktoch 👍
