It seems some people do not know how much Conan actually have been able to lead and direct people when in charge barely anyone in the pd can control the scene once this mans is locked in. Normally cops run around and call out locations, Conan points where people should be in a scene and what to prioritize

You're talking reports like this isn't a video game for our entertainment (touch grass), but being able to read a room and RP with others and provide actual content is where a lot of these newer cops and even RPers fall short.

You sound like a chronic cop viewer. It's RP not real life, they are not actually keeping criminals off the street. SBS is fine and you don't actually need to catch someone every time as a cop. Ramee knows Mr K is pp but Conan doesn't and neither does Jordan. Jordan shot an unarmed 'innocent' man. The other cops knew they couldn't get the delivery guy for being PP or even Mr K for being PP yet they suspect/know he is and Jordan is ex-PD (tho not a cop) so they want to just let her go whereas Conan was thorough and, frankly, right
he needs to realize he has also developed conan into a full blown sbs cop. small conan handled business and fat conan just eats and yells at other officers. he demands respect without earning it.
I mean, Conan is also the best police officer at basically anything that's on scene. He'd be top 20 drivers in PD for chases, top 3 pilots in PD, top 3 scene controllers and top 5 most knowledgeable on laws. Conan aint always going to be 100% serious. But you can't question that he's one of the better cops on the force.

If he played Conan even once a week, it'd probably drastically improve people's perceptions. However, if he doesn't, he should be fine with being a PPO that comes around every once in awhile to mess around.
well, we'll see tmrw when Nino replaces Beric and Ruby with freaking Vivian... Ruby being gone is a good thing, but Vivian as CoP is going to be bad. Also Ruth and Turner showing up suddenly after they ruined the PD reboot for 4.0, especially Ruth. Hopefully Nino doesn't make it even worse by bringing back Ruth and Turner

But he comes on duty 2x a month, and yes he does good work, and boosts morale but you can't justify promotion of someone on that little of work. Most of the old guards didn't even got the PD job like snow, ziggy etc. He got it, alteast show up once a week. Only 2 reports in 8 months cannot be promotion worthy by any means.
you haven't watched ramee if that is your take.. ramee did work out side of the game for the rangers for a solid 4-6 months at the end that people still didn't give him any respect because "he doesn't do much" which made him give up..

Also ignore how much OOC work Ramee put in for the Rangers to take them from a meme division to the best division in 3.0. if Ramee was given the authority, he would lead as he's straight up one of the best cops in NP cause he can do the job properly and is fair, not a W chaser. The only reason he wasn't HC in 3.0 for a long time was Pred and Angel hating on CG and thus Ramee was affected by that bs.
