Try once, might work. And do try with a good stock rom. If one doesn't work, try different versions of stock rom. Else you may have to go to Huawei care.

My cpu was 64bit too, This libwin32 is the requirement for the software to detect the mobile. Check if it works without jnstalling qdloader 9008 driver, if doesn't then install.
