My son and I thoroughly enjoyed this video! It's so fun to see you be inspired by your surroundings, watching you concept the pocket monster and then seeing it brought to life. My son actually said out loud, "How did he just turn that into a real Pokemon?!" It was awesome.

The water steel Ludicolo line is actually incredible! Love the alteration from water in nature to water flowing in thr city via pipes and maintanence hole covers etc. Brilliant really :D
A carefully edited, imaginative, and clever video, Ron, and very sensitive to its genre and its setting. The selection of the opening score - The Matter's Settled - juxtaposed with a montage of real life footage, not only seizes the viewer's attention from the beginning. It also heightens their anticipation for the upcoming content.
One area of criticism, though, is around the 30 - 35 second mark. The flow from the introduction to the main body of the video was a bit rushed and obscure. There was no break or statement to ensure a smooth transition from the introduction to the main body of the video. However, this is only a very minor point of contention.
This video also made perfect use of the seasonal transition from autumn to winter. The inspiration for the Pokemon provided by the colours of fallen leaves and the Canada geese, which migrate south for the winter, was an interesting case study in how our works of art are influenced by even the most mundane aspects of our environments. This meant that the timing of this video made it superior to its prequel.
All in all, another thoroughly enjoyable and intelligently crafted Truegreen7 production. I can't wait to see what you come up with next in this series!

I'm so glad you did another one of these!! Really hope you get what's needed to make it a series. That leaf mon turned out way cooler than I expected it to when it was just you holding up a leaf, and the ability is extremely clever. A Spruce Goose pokemon?? Haha, nicely done. I like that you made it a bit aggressive and intimidating. I got attacked by a goose when I was a kid, so their aggressiveness is burned into my memory :P

With your artistic skill, you should really do idea requests! If only i had you to draw my fakemon pokedexs! In my opinion, there should be a grass type leaf pokemon which has different seasonal forms like Sawsbuck, which is literally a cute leaf with eyes and a mouth. I had the idea of a poisonous or steel leaf pokemon called Fallenleaf. I think Brantaero should evolve into a dark/flying considering it's dark colours and mean personalities. But Geese are actually less agressive i find in my country, than Swans!
Hey truegreen7. When I saw the Autumn leaves on this video, I came up what my Grass type Starter would look like. Here's the status of it:

Watching these video's reminds me of when I were a kid and I tried to come up with my own pokémon all the time. Really enjoy seeing your creative process. And your drawing skills are impressive for concepts you just came up with.
My favorite concept of yours are still the rough rock monk who achieved clarity when it turned smooth. Very much looking forward to your next pokemon creation video.

Everything from the start to the super bright flowers in the beginning was basically around my immediate neighborhood. Before I continued on the walk, I went back home to put on longer pants cause it was chillier than expected. But it was still one continuous walk on the same day :)

Geese are indeed very aggressive. Alot of prisons used geese back in the day to watch the fence (atleast in Denmark), and they can easily break your arm if they hit you while flapping their wings at you :) Very good source for a pokémon!

Traffic cone hermit crab!!! I've been working on a bunch of Fakémon for a Pittsburgh region, and I made one based on that exact idea since the Burgh has so much road construction!

I love the current goose design but all I could think of was making the wings more flat and they folded. The aquatic landing pods on the wings would work as the feet when folded. And make its body copper or silver looking with the neck being some other darker metal.
This is a nice idea and I hope you make more of these. Although, it might get tough in the winter! :p

If I saw a leaf, I would've just made it a grass type staryu and called it a day. You're creativity and imagination are astounding. I love the little details and concepts, and especially the ability drift.

Your one of my role models. I’ve started a fakemon dex, but I’m going to start over. I also had an idea for a cool Pokémon, It’s a leaf-like pokemon, but it has leaves on it or has wings that are leaves, or something. But as the seasons change, the leaves change. It could also maybe help change the leaves on trees or something. Yea...
I also found a lot of Halloween decorations, and once I saw a cactus growing in somebody’s garden. I decided to combine the two to create a grass ground Pokémon, it’s first evo called crackles.
It’s second evolution is called cracktolo.

Omg that leaf Pokemon is amazing. The base stats sort of remind me of Ribombees stats. They're both frail fast little things that can hit decently hard too. Nice job!

Leaflat and leaflutter look like they can be cousins of fomantis and lurantis because of the fake-bug-plant thing and brantaero can fit as the fourth handsome bird with pidgeot, staraptor and braviary

Had an idea a long time ago for a kookaburra Pokemon given the Psychic type by teaming it with 'kooky' behavior. The idea is that it's plumage makes spiral patterns and by moving it around it hypnotizes enemies. Although it would do the same to itself in the process, so I think it'd be cool to give it an ability that increases it's strength while confused, while reducing damage to itself of the chance to do so.
Guess we gotta change the evolutionary tree, cuz that goose is clearly a distant cousin of Garchomp.
Hope this video does well. I really support creative series like this. It sets you apart and helps connect with those who love this stuff. A vid like this doing good boosts us all.
