I think I also fear the "Smile in Darkness" thing as well as glowing red lights in a pitch black room. Something about those things just give me chills. That is partially why I never played FNAF 4. Its because of those fears specifically.

What if jolterror has a new ability called “reanimation” that allows it to basically use transform but for the last pokemon on your team that was fainted. Or maybe rather than an ability it has a signature move that allows this so that you can have more control over it.
How I thought of it, was like if reanimation was replaced with the last move another one of your pokemon used before it fainted.

Catching little spiders you might find in your home and releasing them is a great way to overcome arachnophobia. I wouldn't be able to be near a big spider but now I feel comfortable sharing room with small spiders. They eat bugs and aren't a threat to humans, and they are way more scared of you than you are scared of them.

If plumace was an actual pokemon it'd be my new favorite. Great concept, I love it! I just don't get where the head goes but whatever. Also an alternate feather pattern could be to add a bunch of eye shapes. You see this in many insects that develop eye patterns to scare off predators also in peacocks.

The cloud whale was pretty cool, I like that one. I was also pretty excited you drew the ghost thing bringing back corpses, since stimulating muscles with electricity is a thing (galvanisation) and could easily be attached to a frankenstein monster. The end result was much less interesting tbh, but I like the pre evolution

I'm thinking of a spider based on the Gyuki.
I made a Joro spider Pokemon that spider is a good excuse to make a bug and psychic type I also combined it with a dreamcatcher

I am making starters based of symbiosis. a water poison crab and that thing Nemo swims in that I can't spell, a grass poison bat and pitcher plant (victreebell) , and a fire poison tarantula with a dart frog (these are all real)

Don't Judge a Book by its Cover- Ash catches a plumace, but when he lets it out of the poke-ball, he finds a much more scarier Pokémon than he remembers
Be Careful Where you Sleep- Ash and friends spend several nights in the forest, but each time they wake up, one of them doesn't seem normal.
(I don't know a good name for this) - Ash and friends visit a town where a mysterious object is spotted is spotted over and over again. They decide to investigate, and find out it's a wounded Pokémon called Lentacean.
Those are good ideas!

I just had a great idea for a Trypophobia pokemon:
Name:Holius
Type:Ground
description:
Holius doesn't really have a real face or distinguishable features due to it being an aboundance of tiny holes in the ground that move from place to place ,though the variety of holes is directly linked to the pokemons age .There has been one recorded instance of Holius growing so large that it spanned halve a kilometer ,though the holes stayed tiny .
pokedex entry:
Holius is often found in deserts where the holes in it's ,,body" swallow any sand or object that is unlucky enough to fall into it .It is also known that it can grow these holes large enough to swallow people and pokemon alike .As of right now there have been no records of a Holius being caught due to every pokeball that is thrown at it being swallowed .It is also unknown whether or not every instance of this pokemon is a hive mind or a single entity .It is said that every now and then you can see something akin to an eye or mouth forming instead of the usual holes .There is also a myth about an unlucky trainer unfortunate enough to see Holius' evolution ,which is in and of itself a wildly debated myth , and was never seen again .

I completely relate to the fear of criptids. I love researching them constantly but can get scarred of them in the same way described here. I also live in the Pacific Northwest which is like Criptidtopia especially with Bigfoot stuff.
The idea to use the bird of paradise for the face in the dark is GENIUS. Also I love the final design of it! Certainly a pick for my party.
Also, I love huge fluffy clouds and I am reminded of a huge whale plush (that is for sale online) I would really like to own. So both the inspirations as well as your final design look super calming to me ~
