I love how Torpisces and Dunkraft's shinies look like as if they're starting to rust
That is also how it would look like it if you uses the negative colors and adjusted the colors to the right shade

Why not make a Pokemon based on Scopophobia? (Fear of being watched) Personally, I have a fear of butterflies and moths but there are many butterfly and moth Pokemon.

You could do a Pokemon based on Mothman. That is really cool and really creepy. It would be fitting if it was bug/dark. It would be amazing against psychic Pokemon. Spooky!

Since it’s theorized that Dragapult used to be an aquatic life form, imagine one in ancient times having an at-range naval war with a Dunkraft, creating underwater explosions that scare the crap out of any nearby human settlements 😂

Okay, so this is an odd sentence, but fleas are one of my favorite parasitic lifeforms. I honestly don't know why there isn't an official flea pokemon in the games yet. I'm very glad that you made the Possest line. Awflea genuinely looks like a spooky little friend!
Other fears to consider:
Odontophobia (breaking teeth)
Philophobia (love)
Autophobia (self)
Scopophobia (being stared at/watched)
Casadastraphobia (fall upwards towards the sky)

It learns Frustration by level up, and is the only pokémon that evolves when its happiness stat is at zero when it levels up.
Huh. I thought Autophobia was the fear of being alone.
An autophobia Pokémon could be constantly running around in an effort to get away from itself, so it would be really hard to catch it. Also it could have a form where it leaves it's body and becomes a ghost,this boosts its defense but lowers its speed. It could be a Ghost/fairy type.

Felix360 I think the "self" he means is "fear of being in yourself alone",so it does count.
On the ocean side of phobias, for me its more about unexplored underwater caves, the fact that some people met their unfortunate demise there,being stuck there gives me shivers...
The best thing about these fan made Pokemon is how you make real life animals (mainly of the insect variety) so cute!
My headcannon is that in ancient times Dunkraft and Dragopult were rivals, Idk why I just like the idea

Nah. Dunkraft is just a regional variant of Relicanth.
That first one was like a fusion of Dragapult, Barraskewda, and Draco/Arctovish.
Don't forget Relicanth. Its also an Ancient Fish with armor.

I get what they were going for conceptually - referencing early palaeontologists mismatching different body parts of prehistoric creatures - but I just think it could've been executed a little better 😅

I love Vermant! I literally see him float trough the sky and when someone bothers it, it just says "meh". It's adorable
I feel like the posest line should have two signature moves and a signature ability: one move leaches health from target (stronger giga drain) and the other spits out the blood/soul from its belly, activating its ability and change it to an non blood filled one. This would boost evasiveness because it’s invisible. The giga drain would also change form from empty to not. (Can’t use second move if empty obviously)
Cleithrophobia is a fear found after doing some research for a character and found it interesting. It is often comfused with claustrophobia, the fear of enclosed spaces, cleithropobia is the fear of being trapped.
The difference betweeen the two, if both were placed in the same small space the claustropobia would panic, while the cleithrophobia would befine as long as they know there is a way out, but would panic if they were locked in that space.
How about a pair of glowing red eyes in pure darkness, that’s terrifying.

This is so cool! I love the idea of making Pokémon based on fears! As for my fears, my bathophobia (fear of depths) can't really be made into a Pokémon so I don't know about that one, but my other biggest fear is altered states, like drunkenness, highness, or inebriation in general. The thought of not being in complete control of your state of mind terrifies me, and drunk or high people make me extremely uncomfortable. I think that could result in a really cool Pokémon concept
I was thinking of some sort of clock that resembles chronophobia, the fear of time, and mixing it with the anxiety of being jumpscared. Like a coo-coo clock that jumpscares people when it strikes a certain time.
Honestly, these guys were one of the best in your entire region. I am amazed.

In the legendary event of my game, townsfolk set lantern plants afloat on the canal to commemorate the passing of family members. The spirits of the family members possess the lantern plants and wander around looking for their living kin. When they find them, they will guide them through their life

A ghost flea that sticks to you, drawing not only your blood but your SOUL TOO?!...that’s actually terrifying
A good inspiration for a super beefy bug pokemon (maybe the Volcarona or Yanmega of the region) would be the camel spider. They are native to the middle east, and look like little death tank monsters. Could be a bug/fighting, bug/ground, bug/dragon type maybe.
I swear you keep getting more and more creative each time you do a creating pokemon video. Having a pokemon based on a flea is such a unique idea and you pulled it off brilliantly. I would absolutely love to use this pokemon. Dunkraft looks pretty cool too and I love it's simple but powerful name. Cannot wait to see the next episode in this series

As a suggestion, maybe there would be a story in the Pokémon world that has strong parallels with the story of David and Goliath, just instead of David fighting Goliath, you can make a Pokémon to take the place of Goliath.
These Pokémon have so much creativity put into them.
I love this series. Recommendation for a regional variants part: regional variants of the fossils that have been cured of their impurities, so rather than every single one being part rock, they’re their original typing. Maybe Asone (not sure what the spelling of your region is) just has a more pure fossil purification process

Idea for fear of heights Pokémon:
The Pokémon can stretch their arms to unexplainable heights,the Pokémon holds their opponent into the air making the opponent crawl in fear, people say that these Pokémon grab small children and put them in the air to scare them and laugh at them.
I LOVE this category, since all the Pokemon look really cool. I do have a fear for you, (I don't know the name) but it's the fear of falling. (I have this one myself, and having dreams about falling is probably the worst feeling on the planet.)
The Asoin Rotoms forms include the Virus Water Form based of a LUF-60 and the Virus Flying Form based of a drone and that's all.
Every time I look at Possest, it looks more like candies + the wrappers. Why do I have a bad feeling a trainer would probably mistaken Possest as a piece of candy XD
Whoa, these are cool. I like the idea of submerged, deep sea manmade machinery being so scary. I sorta wish there was a look to that family that screamed 'ghostly', with a similar vibe to Dhelmise and those pics you showed for this pokemon, like a ghostly green tint and maybe streamers of phosphorescent vapors. I like your interpretation so much, sorry it took so long to get it done, glad it turned out so well. Yours is more of an active interpretation of a deep sea fear, cool stuff, and the parasite flea is really inspired.
I like how Awflea's shiny basically reverses the process.
It goes from drinking blood to stealing souls, and the shiny goes from drinking souls to stealing blood.

I like the fact Possest and Awflea switch normal and shiny colorations, a nice little touch.
1:31 I actually have that figure! I really like the craftsmanship, as well as the movable jaw.
Emetophobia - the fear of vomit.
This phobia has been a real difficult thing for me in the past few years, half my life really.
Everything related to the subject induces fear; the sound, scent, seeing it, even if someone just coughs it can act up.
Couldn't even talk about it in the past and when confronted with one of the above things I usually end up fleeing the place at world records speeds, while holding my breath, turning white and cold sweat all over.
If I cannot flee, I end up in a fetal position full of panic, scared even to breath while I close my eyes as tight as I can and shut my ears with my hands.
Luckily it got a little better but man, phobias are no joke.
Maybe a cute Pokémon version can help make it a lil better. A buddy in crime, may the fear ever arouse again. It will protect and help :)

I do the same thing. I don't make fakemon in any professional sense I only have drawings, but I also start with the final form because its so much easier making a cohesive line when your end goal is clear.
Scopophobia (fear of being watched) could work really well.
A dark-psychic that follows unsuspecting trainers, locking eyes on it or something like that.
Possest make me feel a bit of clownfobia, it looks like a gas baloon with a creepy always smiling face, and awflea has the spooky maniacal smile

To expand on the puppet fear idea and stage fright, a two step evo with its first evo be some what like a string puppet, with its second form being a big play stage with stage light eyes and wooden puppetstriy crossed with string arms with some hypnosis motifs. It would be a pure ghost type then evolve into a psi ghost type.

Amazing designs as always. I'd be happy to have any of these pokemon on my team. It does feel like Awflea should be a physical attacker since the line is based on the fear of being touched but that's just my point of view.

Honestly, dunkraft and torpisces to make sense for the region since it is based on the middle east, a region that sadly has to deal with a lot of conflict.

It really wouldn’t. Unless it gets recovery it would be pretty mid. Think kind of like regirock or registeel. High defenses aren’t automatically good

when I first saw torpisces and dunkraft in the youtube preview thingy I thought it was an aircraft dropping bombs, which fit into a fear of mine. The fear of war. Maybe a bit too serious of a concept for a pokemon though haha

Idk if anyone else has pointed this out, but I love how Torpisces kinda looks like a cookie-cutter shark, thus connecting it to yet another real world species known to leave holes in it's prey
I like the idea of possest being happy at first and attaching itself to people it likes, only to unwittingly taking their soul. After losing the person it likes, it becomes upset at what it’s done cause it to become less happy for its evolution.
If this was in an actual game, I would totally use this! Big types are already cool, and you mixed in the ghost typing so well!
I love how the Aflea line have red at the start, purple in the middle and then blue. I find this lovely as red and blue forms purple
I have a small case of Grandophobia (phobia of hail) because one time we had an extreme storm at our house and a tree almost fell right on us and it was hailing then so it just reminds me of that. 😰
The Possest line would be a new favorite of mine for sure if it was canon! Great work!
