@@WynneJean I did! I ordered 2 units: Yaki Straight 4C Kinky with Kinky edges & 4c Kinky Curly 13x4 Lace Front Wig in 18". Both units were VERY thin, see through on the crown and back. The Kinky curly unit was very thin as well with odd layering in the front. I ended up returning the Kinky curly unit and it was VERY difficult to do so, even though I followed all their rules. They did take the unit back and I was refunded.
I won't be ordering from them again. But hey, these units look AMAZING on you and I hope you enjoy them!
Oh no Kliayi is back with the B/S. Please don't fall for the hype. I've brought there wigs and so have a couple of friends. Please check the reviews and make a Very wise and informed decision!
The wigs are very sparse and you can see through them. The loss of hair is ridiculous. The customer service is a JOKE!

Through our customer service and agreements with each other, we have fixed your issues.
Also, we have 30days no reason return policy, and our customer can return the package for a full refund only if the lace is not cut. Please let me know if you have any questions, thank you.
@@KlaiyiHair You DID NOT TAKE CARE OF IT! YOU offered me a partial refund. I didn't partially pay for the wig! If people would just check your reviews, that would see that your wigs are for a quick ride like synthetic wigs never anything long term or commitment worthy. Freedom of speech from someone who spent her own coins on what I CONSIDER CRAP!
@@shirljohnson9104 You must have misremembered. We didn't offered you a partial refund, but resend a brand new wig to you as agreed. Every customer has her own preferred brand based on the price, hair quality, texture, color and so on. Every brand has its own advantage, if our product didn't meet your needs, you can denifinately place your order to your preferred brand, happy shopping!
