How many sets should you do and for how long? Thanks super helpful video 😊
I recommend doing a little bit each day whether that be in the morning or before some type of activity and 1 to 2 sets or until you feel a change
What if I can’t get one of my palms flat on the ground?
it would be an indication for needing more range of motion, start really light
