Reminds me of the bonfires me and my pops used to make together when we went to our summer home in northern Iraq.. over 40 years ago but still the best memories I ever had and oud wood takes me back every time I put it on .

Great review and greetings to Sophie! She broke my heart when she did not like the Tuscan leather. Then, she came back and fixed my heart when she liked Oud wood and kind of sort of Tobacco oud. I love those 3 in addition to the Tobacco vanilla! Great review and nicely done!

I totally agree with you. Tom Ford fragrances are so nice because they smell very unique. Not sure I would wear them, but I admire the fact that they are not generic, they try to be different

Own all of those except Mandarino di amalfi and have the opposite preference with her haha. Tuscan leather is my favorite, makes me laugh to myself whenever I wear it. Great video, love from Korea.

Yes you're right. I find Tuscan Leather so intoxicating but I think it's too bold for some. Soph was a great sport. My family may start to avoid me for fear of getting roped into videos!
Well it took time to appreciate Tuscan Leather and Tobaco Oud too, my first impression was exactly like hers, but now Tuscan Leather it's my favorite scent , second only to Oud Wood and Tobaco Oud is pure class. Nice Vid.

Great video and it doesn't hurt she's beautiful. I have Tobacco Vanille and Tuscan Leather and love them both. I've smelled a few more from the line but somehow never got my nose on Oud Wood. Seeing Sophie like it so much just got me to order a sample to try it out. Cheers.

I'm a first-time commenter on your channel. Of these, I have and like Tobacco Vanille. Tuscan Leather not too much, gave it to my son who loves it. Sophie is such a handsome portrait of a classic beauty. Her reserved opinion and presentation really added to your evaluation. Easily watchable, a different sort of credibility having an honest/untrained feminine opinion, and likely a broader audience was captured.

Funny thing , it was a TF private blend (Tuscan Leather) that did it for me as well years back that was my first taste of Niche fragrances and thus got me into this hobby. Great fun video
Yes I think the Private Blends are quite an accessible entry into niche for most people. Once you've gone there it's difficult to go back to only designer!

I like neroli portifeno but thought people may find it feminine. She's reassured me it's ok ;)
Also I was very shocked with her reaction to tobacco vanille. I thought most non frag heads hated it!
I've tried one of the noir fragrances and hated it but not sure which one it was.

Hi Chris, have you tried layering tobacco vanille with Oud wood? I tried it recently and it was a very unique experience. The former tends to alleviate the best notes of the latter. Great review. Oud Wood is the love of my life and the reason why I started exploring niche fragrances. Cheers
