    I work for Madeleine Saudi Arabia ,,, when I warm up Madeleine it looks very big inside the front ,, then when I take it out it becomes small after a while ,,, what is the problem with it please help me a little Please

    I tried. The dough came out not firm like yours and couldn't put it in a dipping bag as it's too liquid. But the bake came out good. Thank you.
