NAAD CAP Canada (Alert Ready) Demo on the DASDEC II Nova Scotia Alert 03/11/23

This one's a little different than your average EAS Endec video. Here's how the DASDEC II recieves a Canadian Alert and sends it. It uses the Message or "msg" code without SAME Headers. The NAAD CAP Canada feature is a license and mine came with it. It's interesting for me to have some variety with my EAS Systems.

I didn't know you could receive alert ready alerts on dasdecs, I might try that with mine.

You need a license key in order to enable the NAAD/CAP decode feature
