This Immediate Evacuation was sent for the entire State of Oregon. This not only activated my equipment, but even was relayed on some of my locals. This was clearly a mistake as the alert was supposed to be for Klamath County Oregon. This one is definitely for the history books. The first Tropical Storm Warning issued for Southern CA. The first Tropical Storm to make landfall in SoCal since 1939. This one's a little different than your average EAS Endec video. Here's how the DASDEC II recieves a Canadian Alert and sends it. It uses the Message or "msg" code without SAME Headers.
