FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY due to Hurricane Ian - Sage EAS Endec Relay (09/28/22)

Flash Flood Emergency issued for parts of Southwest Florida due to Hurricane Ian, relayed on my Sage EAS Endec. Hope tou guys enjoy! Btw this doesn't count as an EAS.

I had it on WXK83 but I didn’t record it on Camera on time during the power outage caused by Hurricane Ian I had to credit Piggy Porkchop for the FFW-E Audio while I was screen recording myself reacting the FFW-E on WGCU-FM that Piggy Porkchop recorded on September 28th i seriously had to credit him for the audio.

How are you able to receive alerts but send one out without making the fcc mad

These are analog endecs, they have 6 audio monitoring sources that I use via VLC streams. One thing to note is that they are not connected to a transmitter so it is safe to use.
