Can you make a part into flat pattern which is on conical section in sheet metal ?

If you have only revolved conical shape, make a rib and unbend. If it is not working, please send me sketch of your shape and I will try it 😉

I couldn't agree more, the best practice for mirroring is to mirror the complete .prt. It is super stable and saves a lot of time.
Until Creo 4 mirroring features was even dangerous, because sometimes (and I still don't know why) mirrored features would not regenerate and stay "stuck" to their original shape when first being created. I have seen so many issues with mirror features over the years that I finally had enough of it and set up a company rule that mirroring of features is simply not allowed.
