I like how they’ve kept the character without whitening and grey blanding everything out in many luxury properties these days.

Other than the other 200 yr old Victorian you showed last year this is number 2 of best listed property. I had no idea you were a carpenter either :) is William Morris 150th anniversary this year as well. Loved all the deets on property I appreciated that about every presenter not making just music videos with panning. Some of us want details as you never know who might be watching a buyer loves information. If I win the lottery I would definitely want one of these type homes. Lovely garden too plenty of space I had hoped to look at the greenhouse as some of us do gardening. Thanks Damion and Matt :) great presentation and hope you didn't get a cold from wandering in the rain be careful.

I concur with the other comments - this is spot on and realistically not that far from London either.
I would only suggest the kitchen and utility room could have room for improvement, but I’m being fussy here.

Here in the US, besides the number of bedrooms, we absolutely want to know the number of bathrooms. Full baths. Half baths. We love our bathrooms. Lawn tennis? Who the hell wants to play lawn tennis? A hard pass on this offering.
Lawn tennis is massive ever heard of a little tennis tournament called Wimbledon the pinnacle of tennis competitions lol 😂

Even if it was on sale for just £1, I'd still walk away.
You'd have to be an IDIOT to buy a listed house.
Even basic home maintenance or repairs is a horrendous and expensive process, and the only decorating you're allowed to do is change the soft furnishings...curtains, carpets, cushions and free standing furniture.
You can't change the structure or any fixtures in the house.
If it wasn't listed, it would be a house with amazing potential.
