Yeah, the first Commando game was really hard even on the easiest difficultly. Probably because they give you only 2 lives and your health depletes very quickly when you get attacked. Commando 2 made it easier by giving you 9 lives.
Commando 2 is definitely my favourite flash game. So many good memories from back in the day. That’s why I downloaded the game on my PC so now I can play it whenever I want to.

@@noahnorman6877Eeeeh nope. Commando 2 is way harder than the first one. In Commando 1, you literally destroy bosses in only 5/6 hits and destroy every ennemy you encounter with a knife. In Commando 2, bosses, soldiers have much more HPs, they can knock you down and are more numerous. I mean, if you play mission 8 in Commando 2, you will understand what I'm talking about.
To me, based on the physical location of each game and mission, the nationalitiesthe Commando characters are supposed to represent are: Commando 1: British Commando 2: Chinese (missions 1 and 2) American (missions 3 and 4) Commando 3: Soviet (mission 1), American (mission 2), British (missions 3 and 4) American (last mission)
@@tms3529 I’m referring to who the commando character is supposed to represent not the enemies. And going by WWII timeline it doesn’t make sense for any mission to take place in Japanese cities themselves. So for the second game it looks like the first two missions take place in China so it seems to be the Sino Japanese front there. The third and fourth missions seem to take place in I guess Burma and Philippines respectively where the western Allies, in particular Americans did the heavy lifting there
