The fact the Dick canonically had/has custody of Damian when Bruce “died” and had an off world mission and I’m pretty sure has some remaining custody over him as well!
If you don’t want to add the mirage/tarantula situation (which is completely understandable) you could talk about Dick Grayson’s time at Spyral. Also don’t push yourself and do something you don’t want to. This is just a suggestion. (Sorry it’s so long)
