Large amounts can be dangerous and the oil and bark are contraindicated during pregnancy except as seasoning. More than a few grams a day can cause gastrointestinal troubles, but none of these make it “not good”. You just have to learn a little and don’t bother listening to anyone who tells you something is bad or good without explanation. If you’re into Witchcraft, cinnamon can be used in money drawing spells, it also acts as a catalyst for the other herbs used in your spellwork. Hope this helps 💚
